Where do you ship to?
We ship our custom hardcover planners Australia-wide—order from anywhere in the country!

How long will my order take to arrive?
As each planner is made to order, please allow a production time of 5-7 working days for your items to be made handmade.
Delivery will take between 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, peak periods, and unforeseen circumstances.

Our hardcover planners are carefully designed and crafted with love.
We take pride in creating high-quality, custom hardcover planners that help families stay organised. At this stage, we offer a range of beautifully designed planners, but if you're after something special, feel free to reach out—we may be able to help!

Can I customise my planner?

If you would like a personalised cover, please email me with your design. Full resolution A4 cover as a png file is idea.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
As our planners are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the issue
✅ A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and provide the next steps as soon as possible.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by postal services, unless there is a defect.

Do you offer digital versions of your planners?
Yes! We offer digital versions of our planners for those who prefer to print at home or use them on a tablet. If you're looking for a specific planner in digital format, feel free to ask us! You can also browse our available options under the "Digital Downloads" section in our shop.
